TRANSPORT DAMAGES AND COMPLAINTS
Your order has been carefully packaged and inspected for shipping in our facility. However, damages that may occur during transportation cannot be entirely ruled out. Therefore, we kindly request you to carefully check the goods for completeness and any transport damages upon receipt.
What to do in case of transport damages? If, despite all precautions, a transport damage has occurred, we recommend not accepting the goods or signing the delivery receipt with the note "subject to reservation."
To expedite the process of sending you a flawless replacement item, please report the damage in writing as soon as possible, preferably within 4 days via our contact page.
What to do if you have accepted the goods despite our recommendation and they are damaged? In this case, please send us digital photos of the damage via email, indicating the invoice number.
