POPPY - pdf -

The poppy shawl is knitted from a 3 sts cast on with slanted increases kfbfs and decreases to give it a triangular shape. By working the shawl in two pattern sections you can use it wrapped without having its wrong side out.

Yardage: 700 m / 770 yards

Needles:  4.0 - 4.5 mm / US 6  -7

Gauge: 21 sts X 31 rows for  10 x 10 cm  / 4 x 4 inches in stockinette stitch

Tools: circular needles of 100 cm / 39,4“, stitch markers, tapestry needle

Techniques:  knitting flat with circular needles, M1L / M1R increases knitwise, kfbf, kfb and decreases ssk / k2tog
