TONI starts with a cast on of 3 stitches. For the triangular shape, 2 stitches are increased in every other row. The color change is always worked at the end of an odd row, creating a clean top edge that does not need to be sewn. Between the wide color stripes, 2 rows of rib pattern [1 knit, 1 purl] are worked, giving the scarf a pleasant texture. Finally, the two short sides are also finished with rib pattern.

MATERIAL:

TONI is knitted with Como and Como Tweed from LAMANA, 100% virgin wool (Merino Superfine), approx. 120 m per 25 g.

GAUGE:

22 stitches x 33 rows in stockinette stitch on the larger needle size, washed for 10 x 10 cm, swatch washed.

NEEDLES:

Circular needles 3.5 mm and 3.75 mm, at least 80 cm long, or the required needle size to achieve the gauge.

MEASUREMENTS:

184 x 148 x 110 cm.
